We provide access to the website and sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page, so please read these conditions carefully before using the website.
By proceeding to use beautifultreats.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and also when you use any future Beautiful Treats services. You will also be subjected to the guidelines laid out in this page.
Our Jewellery Repairs Conditions
We offer six months guarantee from the day of purchase of any jewellery. You have 6 months to send any broken jewellery for repairs.
All parts of the jewellery (broken or not) with your part of the receipt are to be well packaged (use Blister Envelope) and mailed to: Fifth Avenue Collection, 30 Stadacona St. West Moose Jaws, Saskatchewan, Canada, S6H 1Z1. Telephone: 001-306-6948188. You must state your return address on the letter with the parcel. Your repaired jewellery will be returned to your stated return address. Repairs may take 4-6 weeks. All repairs under guarantee are FREE.
Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns. Make sure what you buy you really want. Occasionally if your jewellery can not be repaired you will be advised on an alternative choice, or contact us.

beautifultreats.co.uk reserves the right to refuse selling to you or cancel any orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

We will do our utmost to ensure that beautifultreats.co.uk is available to our customers and that transmissions from our website service are timely and error free. This means you can shop online 24hrs a day, however, due to the nature of the internet this cannot be guaranteed. Also from time to time it will be necessary to suspend or restrict access to the website to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services and products but in doing so we will do our utmost to minimize the frequency and duration of any interruptions.

Terms for Sales of Jewellery
When you place an order to purchase from beautifultreats.co.uk we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Any order that we have not confirmed receipt of does not form part of that contract.
How we Handle Pricing Errors
Despite our efforts, a small number of the jewellery items on our website may be mispriced. We verify our prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than stated price, at our discretion, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Custom & Excise
When ordering goods from beautifultreats.co.uk for delivery overseas, you will be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charge for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local custom office for further information when ordering goods from beautifultreats.co.uk for delivery outside the United Kingdom. You are considered an importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulation of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our customers who dispatch products internationally to be aware that cross- border deliveries may be subject to being opened and inspected by Custom & Excise Authorities.
